

In general, the documentation you will need includes:
- Copy of Drivers License and Social Security Card
- Current checking and savings Account – All Pages required
- Income & Assets
- Pay stubs for the last 30 days
- Names and addresses of each employer (must cover two years)
- Job titles for previous two years
- W-2’s for previous 2 years
- Tax returns for previous 2 years
- Retirement Statements – All pages required
If you own more than 25% of a business:
- Corporate or partnership tax returns for previous 2 years
If self-employed:
- Tax returns for previous two years (with schedules)
- A copy of business license
- Year-to-Date Profit and Loss Statement prepared by an accountant if applicable
If you own rental property:
- Tax returns for previous two years and current rental agreements
If you are retired:
- Pension Award Letter
If you receive Social Security:
- Social Security Award Letter
If you are counting child support as income:
- Copy of divorce settlement to include Copy of Final Dissolution and Marital Settlement Agreement
- Copy of previous 12 month bank statements to show proof of receiving alimony or child support payments
For any property you own:
- Copy of mortgage statement, insurance, and property tax bill
- Bankruptcy filed within last seven years (bring a copy of Bankruptcy papers and Discharge paper)
- If you are not a citizen, a copy of the front and back of your green card
